- Be a resident of the United States
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and consultation
- Not use RXBridge if you are prohibited by applicable law or regulation

5. Prescription Services
All prescriptions issued through RXBridge are provided by independent, licensed healthcare providers. These providers are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of any prescription based on your medical history, current medications, and health status. Prescriptions are valid only for the specific patient and condition for which they are issued.
6. Payment Terms
RXBridge operates on a subscription billing model. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you select. You are responsible for maintaining current and accurate payment information. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription or for medications that have already been dispensed. Additional fees may apply for certain services or consultations.

- Attempting to access or tamper with the platform's systems or security

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RXBridge and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. RXBridge's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
